A közösségformáló és szent rendezvények néha az agyamra mennek. Elvileg nem kötelező részt venni rajtuk, de ha szabotálod, akkor sanyargatnak. Pedig sem az önkéntesen szervezni kénytelen anyukák apukák nem élvezik, sem a résztvevő gyerekek, mert rendszerint egy kaptafára mennek így egy idő után unalmasak. Múlt hétvégén is volt egy, amire nem mentünk, de nem hagyják annyiban: jön a kötelezően kitöltendő kérdőív! Ha részt vettél, milyen volt, mit gondoltál. Ha nem vettél részt, mi volt az oka, hogy nem vettél részt (??!!!). Először a kérdőívet is szabotáltam, de nem hagynak békén, a tanárnéni addig hívogat telefonon, amíg le nem adod! Úgy döntöttem, most akkor beírom az okát: "a hétvégét családilag szeretnénk tölteni". A kérdőív elvileg névtelen, de én aláírtam.
The school and local community weekend events can be really annoying. They are supposed to be very important as everything is done in groups or communities in Japan, however noone really enjoys them. Neither the parents who are forced to organise it on a voluntary basis, nor the children who are supposed to participate, as they tend to be all the same, and thus boring. I usually ignore them if they are not compulsory, like last weekend as well. Still there is no escape: a questionnaire is coming within a week that you have to fill out. If you participated: what did you think, what was good, what could have been better etc. If you didn't participate: what was the reason that you didn't go (??!!!!) First I just ignored these questionnaires but they won't leave you alone, the teacher kept calling me on the phone until I submitted it.. So this time I decided to give a promt reply: I didn't go, because I want to spend weekends with my family! The questionnaire is anonymous but I signed it.
